| Years ago I dyno at 666rwhp on GT28RS setup and misc modifications and Ash Spec custom tuning .. ( use search for background ) ... after 4+ years of fooling around w/other projects .. I finally decided to go for the remaining 34rwhp to break 700 rwhp at same boost levels .. I knew back in 2006 that my clutch and RPS segmented flywheel would need to be upgraded / rebuilt before I came back to the dyno. I also found out last year that my driver side turbo had a compressor leak ( I had one of the first set of GT28RS turbos with .64 trim --- no o-ring machined into the turbo like Z1 does now --- thus ---I needed a motor pull and I spent the time figuring out which route I was going to go with the Z I spent a number of years building up the Demon Z ( which I sold about a year ago ) and the past 3 years building up another project that recently has been completed. w/those projects done - I decided to refocus my efforts on the Z to - 1) complete some routine R+R on nasty oil leaks 2) install a few goodies that I have had laying around for sometime. Misc pics from getting help from BAM Automotive in Philly --I shouldn't have to pay if I'm pulling wrenches myself !!! ..Tony is great guy and about as knowledgeable as he is anal :) nothing glamorious in the pics - more updates to follow in the coming month --getting prepared for a dyno day with Z tuner. since my 666rwhp dyno run - I have installed / changed my setup with : 1) Nistune 2) Selin Dual MAF Kit 3) Fischer Pulley 4) 60MM throttle bodies 5) Ash Spec Dual Fuel pump controller ( may not have any impact except consistent / stable air fuel ratio w/dual fuel pump setup ) 6) MS turbo inlet pipes ( soon to be installed ) 7) BDE motor mounts ( soon to be installed ) 8) Abeler Manifolds ( previously had SZ inconel manifolds ) 9) Abeler 3 inch dump down pipes ( previously had SZ super splits - old school !!! ) I decided not to go larger than the GT28RS as these are more than enuff power for the street.
